Dr. Elizabeth Barbieri
Elizabeth A. Barbieri, MD, is a board-certified specialist in reproductive endocrinology and infertility that joined ORM Fertility in 2009.
Dr. Barbieri has extensive expertise in the field of in vitro fertilization. She is particularly interested in genetic etiologies of infertility, preimplantation genetic diagnosis, and egg freezing. As a doctor of reproductive medicine, she firmly believes in individualized and personalized reproductive healthcare. As a part of this, it is her goal to know each and every patient individually, so she can address the medical needs of each individual. By keeping the focus on the patient, she strives to diagnose each aspect of infertility so she can identify what particular treatment will help that patient succeed.
Dr. Anate A. Brauer
Anate A. Brauer, M.D., FACOG, is a board-certified reproductive endocrinologist. She serves as SGF New York’s IVF Director.
Dr. Brauer earned her medical degree from the George Washington University School of Medicine, where she graduated with distinction, and was elected to the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha medical honor society. She completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology and fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology at New York Presbyterian Hospital-Weill Cornell Medical Center. Prior to joining Shady Grove Fertility, Dr. Brauer was an Assistant Clinical Professor at NYU School of Medicine.
Dr. Brauer has published and presented at numerous national meetings on the topics of optimizing fertility treatments in patients with diminished ovarian reserve, polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS), or those using a gestational surrogate; fertility preservation; and complementary therapies in infertility. She is especially passionate about helping young patients with cancer build families, which has led her to serve on the Advisory Board of the Young Survivors Coalition. Dr. Brauer is a regular contributor on a variety of women’s health topics to local and national media such as Parents, Reader’s Digest, Refinery 29, Woman’s Health Magazine, Byrdie and Shape, to name a few. For Shape, she serves on their expert Brain Trust.
She is a fellow of the American Congress of Obstetrics and Gynecology and an active member of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine.
Dr. Brauer enjoys spending time with her husband and their three children. She also enjoys cooking and running or spinning for exercise in her free time.
Dr. Serena H. Chen
Dr. Serena H. Chen graduated from Brown University, and Duke University School of Medicine, trained in Gynecology, Obstetrics, Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility at the Johns Hopkins Hospital and now serves as Director for the Division of Reproductive Medicine at Saint Barnabas Medical Center, and the Institute for Reproductive Medicine and Science at Saint Barnabas, as well as Clinical Associate Professor at the Rutgers Medical Schools. She’s been voted as a Top Doctor in reproductive medicine by publications including US News and World Report, Inside Jersey Magazine, NJ Monthly and NY Magazine.

Dr. Cindy Duke
Dr. Cindy Duke is the Medical Director at Nevada Fertility Institute. She is a physician-scientist who is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology, and fellowship- trained in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility. Dr. Cindy is also a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas School of Medicine. In addition to fostering hope with her clinical family-building expertise, she is empowering her global village by promoting fertility awareness through social media and community outreach. Dr. Aimee Eyvazzadeh
Dr. Aimee, also known as the “Egg Whisperer” is one of America’s most well known Fertility Doctors. She is a Harvard-educated board certified OBGYN, specializing in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility; but it’s her “Egg Freezing Parties” that put her in the limelight. Dr. Eve Feinberg
Dr. Feinberg is board certified in both Obstetrics and Gynecology and Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility. She is an Associate Professor at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine and the REI Fellowship Program Director. She is active on a both a local and national level. Dr. Feinberg is the current president of the Society for Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility, she is an Associate Editor for Fertility and Sterility and is on the National Medical Committee of Planned Parenthood Federation of America. She is also a member of the Board of Directors for the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology and a member of the Executive Board of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine. Dr. Feinberg is the founder and president of the Chicago Coalition for Family Building, a collaborative Chicago foundation that provides financial assistance to individuals and couples who want to build their families through IVF or adoption.
Eric Forman, MD
As the Medical and Laboratory Director at Columbia University Fertility Center, Eric Forman, MD, HCLD, oversees the medical practice as well as the IVF embryology and andrology laboratories. He also actively sees patients with infertility and those seeking to preserve their fertility. Dr. Forman has extensive clinical and laboratory research experience. He has published more than 40 articles in peer-reviewed journals on a wide range of topics in assisted reproductive technology (ART).
He has a special interest in using preimplantation genetic screening (PGS) to optimize IVF and improve selection for elective single embryo transfer (eSET). A randomized controlled trial he led demonstrated, for the first time, that transferring a single chromosomally-normal embryo can achieve the same live birth rates as transferring two untested embryos. After publication of this paper, eSET rates skyrocketed and the American Society for Reproductive Medicine references Dr. Forman’s study in its guideline on the number of embryos to transfer in IVF. He also has an interest in fertility preservation, and a study he led proved that egg freezing using the rapid vitrification technology does not increase the risk of genetic abnormalities in the resulting embryos. This study was cited as a “watershed in ART” by one of the world’s leading experts on cryopreservation.
Dr. Richard Grazi
Richard V. Grazi, MD is the Director of the Division of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at Maimonides Medical Center and the founder of GENESIS Fertility & Reproductive Medicine. Dr. Grazi has published and lectured extensively on clinical and ethical issues related to reproductive medicine. He appears regularly in New York Magazine’s listing of Top Doctors and has been recognized consistently by the Castle Connolly Medical Guide as one of the nation’s top reproductive specialists. Dr. Grazi worked successfully with Pregnantish founder Andrea Syrtash in helping to establish New York State’s first insurance mandate for IVF and to reform the state’s surrogacy law.
Dr. Jason Griffith
Dr. Jason S. Griffith is a reproductive endocrinologist and serves as the practice director for Houston Fertility Institute. Jason earned his undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University. Upon graduation, he received his commission in the United States Army Medical Specialists Corps. He served six years as an army officer with assignments in Washington, D.C., and overseas. After completion of his military service, he enrolled in medical school at the University of Texas Health Science Center San Antonio where he was a member of Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society. He stayed on to complete a residency in obstetrics and gynecology, twice winning the Arnold P. Gold Humanism in Medicine Award. He continued fellowship training in reproductive endocrinology and infertility before moving home to Houston and joining his current practice.
Jason has been an active participant in RESOLVE’s legislative efforts, attending Advocacy Day events and working on Capital Hill with pharmaceutical companies and the American Society for Reproductive Medicine to advance the group’s legislative agenda. He was recognized for these efforts by being awarded the Arnold P. Gold Humanism in Medicine Award by the American Society for Reproductive Medicine and the Hope Award for Advocacy by RESOLVE in 2015. He is passionate about improving access to quality reproductive health care and patient choice in fertility treatment. Jason was elected to the RESOLVE Board of Directors in 2016.
Dr. Amanda Hurliman

Dr. Roohi Jeelani
Dr Roohi Jeelani is Director of Research and Education at Vios Fertility Institute in Chicago, Illinois. Dr Jeelani earned her medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine in Portsmouth, Dominica. She then completed a residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology and a fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at Wayne State University, Detroit Medical Center, where she was awarded a Women’s Reproductive Health NIH K12 Research Grant. She is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr Jeelani has authored numerous articles and abstracts in peer-reviewed journals, and presented her research at national and international scientific meetings. Dr. Lowell Ku
Lowell T. Ku, M.D. is an award winning and leading provider of infertility treatments in the Southwest United States. Board certified in both Obstetrics and Gynecology as well as Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility, Dr. Ku has been awarded numerous recognitions including Texas Monthly Super Doctor® and as a D Magazine Best Doctors in Collin County and Dallas. Julie Lamb, MD, is a board-certified Reproductive Endocrinologist and Infertility Specialist at Pacific NW Fertility and IVF Specialists in Seattle. She graduated at the top of her medical school class at Northwestern University, and served as a Fulbright Scholar in Women’s Health in Harare, Zimbabwe. She completed her residency in ObGYN at the University of Washington, where she currently serves as clinical faculty. Dr. Satin Patel
Satin Patel, MD, a leader in the field of reproductive medicine, is a partner physician at Fertility Specialists of Texas. He is board-certified in both Obstetrics and Gynecology and Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility. Dr. Patel’s special interests include preimplantation genetic testing, fertility preservation and polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS).

Dr. Spencer Richlin
Dr. Spencer Richlin is Surgical Director and Partner at Reproductive Medicine Associates of Connecticut (RMACT). He is board-certified in Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility and Obstetrics & Gynecology. Dr. Richlin is Clinical Assistant Professor at Columbia University and Frank H. Netter School of Medicine.
Dr. Richlin received his medical degree from the University of Southern California and served his residency at The Stamford Hospital/Columbia program. He completed his fellowship in REI at Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta.

Lisa Rosenthal
Lisa Rosenthal has over thirty years of experience in the fertility field. After her personal infertility journey, she felt dissatisfied with the lack of affordable, comprehensive services available to support her and others. She was determined to help others undergoing fertility treatment and has done so through working for Patient Advocacy groups and with RMA of Connecticut for twelve plus years, where she serves as Patient Advocate and Senior Content Strategist.
Ms. Rosenthal is also the teacher and founder of Fertile Yoga, a research-based program designed to support all people on their quest for their families through gentle movement and meditation.
Dr. Susan Sarajari
Dr. Susan Sarajari joined Dominion Fertility in 2015 after having practiced for several years in California and Virginia. She was voted “Top Doctor” for infertility by Northern Virginia Magazine and “America’s Top Obstetricians & Gynecologists” by Consumers’ Research Council of America. Dr. Bradley Trivax
Bradley Trivax, MD, is double board-certified in obstetrics and gynecology and reproductive endocrinology and infertility. An honors graduate of the University of Michigan, Dr. Trivax earned his medical doctorate at Wayne State University School of Medicine and completed his residency training in obstetrics and gynecology at Winthrop University Hospital. Dr. Trivax completed his subspecialty fellowship in reproductive endocrinology and infertility at UCLA Medical Center and Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, where he was the recipient of the Outstanding Laparoendoscopic Award. Dr. Trivax excels in minimally-invasive surgical treatments for the management of fibroids, endometriosis, and uterine abnormalities.

Dr. Alison Zimon
Dr. Alison Zimon is the Co-Founder and Co-Medical Director of CCRM Boston. She is Board Certified in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility and in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
Dr. Zimon is also a Clinical Instructor in the Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology and Reproductive Biology at Harvard Medical School. She received her undergraduate degree from Harvard University and her medical degree from Yale University School of Medicine.

Dr. Temeka Zore
Dr. Temeka Zore is board certified Obstetrics and Gynecology and a fellowship-trained Reproductive Endocrinologist and Infertility Specialist.
